A Design - Build Integrated Team

The Lot # 3 Case Study home offers barrier free design for accessible living with master suite at the 2,000 sf main living level featuring a living room with giant glass slider doors that open to a south facing patio. A daylight basement level below hosts an accessory dwelling unit with patio access to the west connecting the home to a secluded backyard.

The home terraces down the gently sloping grade while native trees and landscaping afford privacy from the street. Inspired by Mid Centrury design principles, the Long horizontal roof lines and clerestory windows provide counterpoint to the tall evergreen trees that grace the site.

The Lot #3 case study home design is primed to achieve Earth Advantage Certification through optimized solar orientation, tight envelope details and careful window placement that optimizes solar gain and daylighting.
